When Royal Challengers Bangalore wanted something bold and iconic for their board and team members, Dee Design was trusted to bring their brand identity to life — on sneakers. We designed a series of custom pairs using RCB’s signature blue and orange palette, infused with the golden RCB lion emblem, and highlighted with the powerful #PlayBold message. While creating multiple pairs, we received an exciting message — Chris Gayle loved the designs and wanted a custom pair for the IPL 2025 final. With tight timelines and parallel projects, our team pushed hard to meet the deadline.

Dee Design brought live customisation to Adidas stores — turning every sneaker into a personal story, created in real time.  Across five stores in India, including Bangalore and Hyderabad, we transformed retail spaces into creative hubs, offering customers a chance to co-create their sneakers on the spot. They shared their passions — from cities and anime to initials, careers, and memories. We listened, imagined, and hand-painted their ideas directly onto their shoes. Each pair became a one-of-one piece, designed live in front of an audience.

Puma x Diageo collaboration, we designed 175 exclusive pairs for Diageo’s team — blending hand-drawn doodles with their iconic black-and-white Scotch branding, highlighted by vibrant green and yellow on the Puma Formstrip. Each pair reflected a unique fusion of brand narrative and artistic expression.
